Sometimes — if the existing tile is flat, level, and well-bonded. We'll assess on-site and advise honestly.
Do you remove old flooring? +
Yes, demolition and haul-away can be included when it is part of the approved scope and pricing.
What about bathroom tile around the shower? +
Wall tile and backsplashes are in scope. If the job requires replacing the shower pan or moving a drain, that crosses into licensed plumbing and we'd refer you.
